Finnfoam is a Finnish family-owned company with nearly 45 years of history in the manufacturing of thermal insulation materials. The company has grown steadily throughout the 2000s: today it has eight factories, mainly in the Baltic Sea region. When a new Managing Director was needed for the Swedish business, Finnfoam did not have a local network to start searching for a suitable candidate. As cooperation with Executive Hunt was already familiar in the Finnish market, reaching out was easy.
